Promotion runs from 17:00 local time on 26th January until 16:59 local time on 29th June 2026. In the event of the promotion being withdrawn prior to this date, at least 30 days’ notice will be provided. The promotion is divided into weekly periods. Each weekly promotional period will begin at 17:00 local time on Monday and end at 16:59 local time the following Monday. Once the weekly promotional period has ended the grid will reset.

You can reveal up to three tiles on your grid each day by clicking them. Unused reveals will not carry over to the following day. You are not guaranteed to win a reward in any promotional period. Your rewards will be credited automatically. In the event that your reward is not credited automatically, it may take up to 72 hours from the end of the corresponding promotional period for your reward to be credited.

You can claim your Free Spins by logging in to your Games account and clicking Accept on the pop-up. Alternatively, navigate to Games in the Sports app and click Accept on the pop-up. You can claim your Golden Chips by opening any Playtech game and clicking Accept on the pop-up message.

Free Spins can be used on the eligible games found in the Free Spins game slider above and are valued at 15 RSD per spin, depending on the game played.

Golden Chips can be used on the eligible games found in the Golden Chips game slider and are valued at 150 RSD each.

Free Spins must be accepted within 7 days. Once accepted, they will be valid for 7 days; any Free Spins that remain unused at the end of this period will be removed. Golden Chips must also be accepted within 7 days and once accepted you will have 7 days to use the Golden Chips. Any unused Golden Chips will be removed along with any winnings accrued within 7 days of accepting.

Golden Chips received must be played as one unit and cannot be split into any smaller amounts. You can use a maximum of 20 Golden Chips per game round. Golden Chips are a free bet and any win from them will see the winnings returned to the player but not the value of the Golden Chip itself. There is no wagering requirement attached to any winnings accrued from Golden Chips.

Customers who are not eligible for Gaming promotions are not eligible to claim any Free Spins or Golden Chips from this promotion.

Bet Credits will be paid to your Bet Credits balance. To claim your Bet Credits, go to the Account menu on Sports, choose My Offers and click Claim.

Your Bet Credits are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bet Credits stakes will be added to your Withdrawable Balance but Bet Credits stakes are not included in any returns. For example, a 1,500 RSD bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a return of 4,500 RSD (3,000 RSD winnings plus 1,500 RSD stake), whereas a 1,500 RSD Bet Credits stake placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a net return of 3,000 RSD, as the 1,500 RSD Bet Credits stake is not returned.

Stakes can be funded in part by your Bet Credits and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bet Credits element of the stake will not be included in any returns. For example, a 1,500 RSD bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) which was funded by 750 RSD Bet Credits and 750 RSD cash would give a net return of 3,750 RSD (3,000 RSD winnings plus 750 RSD cash stake) as the 750 RSD Bet Credits stake would not be returned. If a bet is void and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bet Credits stakes will not be returned. If a bet is void and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the match), Bet Credits stakes will be returned.

For the purpose of Cash Out, the value displayed will already have the Bet Credits stake removed and will be the actual return received if Cashed Out.

Your Bet Credits will expire seven days after they are added to your Bet Credits balance. If additional Bet Credits are added to your Bet Credits balance within this seven day period, the total Bet Credits balance will expire seven days after the last addition.

Bets placed using Bet Credits will not qualify for the following boosts: Winnings Boost and Super Boost.

Customers who are not eligible for Sports promotions are not eligible to claim any Bet Credits from this promotion.

In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, bet365 has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this offer. bet365 may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer's identity prior to crediting any offer, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.

bet365 may reclaim any Free Spins, Golden Chips or Bet Credits that have been awarded in error.

All customer offers are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.

bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel or restrict this promotion for legal, regulatory or technical reasons.

Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
